Why do
you need a Router-Ease Guide ~ for the same reasons we designed and patented
one
We
needed an adjustable jig in order to run a router.
We were
frustrated by the need to stop working in the middle of our projects in order
to look around the workshop for previously
made jigs to control the cut we were working on.
We
found that a jig for one application was never quite right for another
application.
We
often felt we had limited control of the router and safety was a risk
factor. Therefore, the design of the Router-Ease Guide was
invented, out of necessity. As you know, a router offers many
versatile applications, its portable and typically simple to use, but in order
to maintain an accurate cut, it requires a template or a jig to control the
cut. These templates and jigs are cumbersome, typically not always available
and can lack accuracy when in use.
The novelty of the Router-Ease Guide is in ease of
use, portability and endless applications. - The Router-Ease Guide
is practical and functional. - It is manufactured from aluminum providing
durability in the tool. - The Router-Ease Guide is lightweight while sturdy
and portable. - Assembly and use is simple, quick and easy. - A Gauge
Block accompanies the Router-Ease Guide adding to its ease of use and
identifies where the cutting line will be on the project. |
